I have been transcoding and burning for about 16 months. I use Nero, dvdlabpro, cce and procoder, depending on what i need to do. I recently had to replace my hard drive and therefore re-install everything. Now, I am getting an error when i shut down pertaining to pnxkernl not being able to read at specific addresses and not being able to write at specific addresses (3 errors). I done an uninstall twice, cleaned the registry and other folders pertaining to Canopus. Still the same errors. Maybe someone has seen this before?

    I see it daily.
If I just ignore it without clicking, my XP shuts down anyway.

I believe it is only used for watch folders, so if you only invoke ProCoder manually, you don't need to have it running. I disabled it in my system some time ago, and have had no problems running ProCoder.
