I am interested in buying a LG GSA-4082N DVD Burner for my laptop but can't find it. Has it been released or where can I buy it? As well, will this work in a Toshiba Protege M400 TabletPC?

If in the US:
Essentially the GSA and GWA are the same drives hardware-wise. The GWA is the oem version. They generally differ from their retail (GSA) cousins in that they do not have DVD-RAM support. Not exactly sure why Newegg sells the oem rather than the retail.
You may purchase here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16827136070
Not sure but I would suspect that drive to fit any Toshiba laptop. You could call Newegg and confirm before purchase. Good luck.
EDIT: My statement above about GSA vs GWA being roughly equivalent hardware-wise applies to this model (4082N). Some gsa/gwa's with the same model number do not share the same hardware.
