I have been using Premiere Frame server without any problem. Lately, once I converted DV-AVI to MPEG2 and author to DVD, the final DVD becomes jerky in fast moving scene. If I convert directly from Premiere Built-in Mainconcept encoder or TMPGEnc without frameserving, the problem goes away. I tried using Avisynth Premiere or debugmode frame server, all are having the same problem. Try upper field and lower field, problem still there.
Thanks in advance for your help.
