looking for the name of a virtualdub filter

Hello,
last day I read about a very interesting filter wich is able to reconstruct missing or bad frames by interpolation between two good frames. It also let change the framerate. I can't recall the name, please can you help my poor memory ? Thanks !

Hello and thanks for the answere.
I know motion perfect but it doesn't work so well for me. This software hasn't been updated for years and the team behind it doesn't look very serious, just like their softwares, full of bug.
I clearly remind a filter doing the job, but I just can't remind its name.
