    I am using DVD Decrypter to burn DVD, and have the following error message that I do not understand. This is after successfully using Imgtool to create ISO file.

    Erro Message:
    DeviceIoControl(FSCTL_LOCK_VOLUMNE) FAILED
    Device[1:0:0]MATSHAITA DVD-RAM UF820S 1.5(D (ATA)
    Unable to lock volume for exclusive access
    Reason: Access is denied

    Please let me know what I did wrong, and what I should do. Thanks for your help.

    It sounds like another burning program had access to your burner, which may be a Panasonic. Take a look at what other programs are running. Since you have XP, look to 'Task Manager' and see what else is running. What other burning programs do you have in your computer?
