    hey,
    i have a video file that is in a BIN format, but i want it in a dvd format. ConvertXtoDVD says that the decoder is missing. so is there a decoder that i can possibly get from the net to have the video clip converted to dvd format? if not, is there any other way to convert the file? i barely know what i'm talking about and have no clue as to how to go about it, so if someone could tell me how to do it, i will be extremely gratefull.

    You don't need to convert it at all, it is a disk image. Burn it to disk.
