Which is a real shame as the sound keeps fluctuating up and down and it's very annoying. It's a fairly old Sony portable, it's not ancient, but all it has at the back is a scart socket and an aerial socket (RF?). Is there nothing I can do?
I was hoping to be able to do something with my pc, soundblaster audigy 2 card, and ddts-100 decoder (not an amplifier) and 7.1 speakers? Now if i got a dvd player, i could hook up the dvd player to the decoder and use the speakers, but that wouldn't help tv channels? Also what if i got a freeview box, I'd want decent sound from that too. How do you set it up to have multiple sources?
Cheers
