  1. I have been using TMPGEnc DVD Author for years. I had to format my PC about a week ago and after i installed TMPGEnc DVD Author again, for some reason, all of the VTS files that I make using the program, doesn't have any sound. The MPEG-2 file that I want to create the VTS files has sound, so why doesn't the VTS files made from the MPEG file have sound?

That's a plugin for TDA that requires a separate licence (i.e., purchase) from TDA. The ac3 plugin requires periodic on-line activation (reactivation) to keep working. If the audio of the clip you're trying to edit in TDA is ac3 you will not be able to hear it unless you have the plug-in. Also, the plugin gives you the option to encode PCM audio to ac3 when authoring. You can purchase a license for the plugin from PEGASYS.
