Never heard of it. I rarely print except for taxes and maps. Paperless economy here.

Did you intend to type PrinterHelp.com?

Try about $1200 new. I own one and use it in my instructional video business. It laste one year, luckily with enough time to sqeeze under the guarantee period. I was NOT the machine's fault. I began to refill the cartiges wich are modified Lexmark ones. They are diferent enough to prevent you from using actual Lexmark carts or 3rd party replacements. All went just great till it apparently began to leak ink into the innards, frying the main bopard. Primera refurbished it to like new condition and included to new carts at $42 a piece for free. They also shipped it back via Fed X

Their service is TOP NOTCH. Of course my unit was still under guarantee.

If you are doing production work, say 25 to 50 disks at a time, then this unit will save time and agrevation. If you are just going to print 5010 disks a day, get the Epson R200 or R220. COuple that with a CIS and you are all set. I use both systems. Each has its advantage

I have one at work that originally had 4 Pioneer 104s in it. The unit shipped with them around the time the A04/104 was the latest burner. I since replaced the drives with 4 A10s, and all parts are still going strong (printer, robotics, belts, etc). We have a couple newer units, but they're in another building and I don't use them too much. But the one in my office gets used daily, and it has rarely disappointed me. Not sure about the newer units, but their older ones seem to hold up well.

That's exactly my situation. I also have a five drive tower with the Primera. Makes for a great production team.

Here is a link for reloaded carts for the Primera. I have not tested them on mine just yet but I might do so in the near future. They refilled with a factory refill machine. Remember that these are really Lexmark carts but only differ in the dimensionsof the cart. Just enough to matter.

ive used both the original primera bravo and the series II

ive put thousands and thousands of disks through the original model and never had a problem -- i ran 2 of them at once with the special version of primo that shipped with these ...

great machines ... also easy to upgrade the burners when they wear out ...

i dont know why bad feedback -- i really never had any problems at all .... i think it is some peoples setup and firewire connection (MUST have good firewire card) , though for printing - it is using the usb connection only ...
