  1. Well I`m using the Apollo DVD Creator, everything goes fine, until I play the DVD , or the VOB files, there`s a synchronizing problem between video and audio, the video seems to be a little bit ahead of the audio, in example, if someone hit a drum, the sound appears like 0.3 seconds behind, is that a program problem, or some codec is missing perhaps?

    What is your source ?
How did you convert it ?

I don't know this software, but if it converts the source and authors it, it is probably the culprit. If the source is downloaded avi files then there is a good chance they have VBR MP3 audio, which many converters do not handle very well.

  3. All the files are MPEG downloaded from VideoPimp, UrbanChaosVids and others.

I suspect that these are not DVD compliant and must be re-encoded - how do you do this ?

  5. The steps are :

    -Open Program, of course lol.
    -Then I add the files
    -Design the menu and buttons
-Produce to 16:9 with added letterbox, the audio is encoded from MPEG to AC3
-After that I burn the VOB files in the DVD using Clone DVD

Maybe is because the audio is encoded from MPEG 2 channel to AC3?

It should not make a difference. I suspect that you are using a typical one-click-wonder program that tries to everything, but ends up doing none of it very well.

I can't really suggest a solution, other than to ditch the software for a while and learn how you use th ebest tools for each stage of the authoring process, to see if the situation improves.

  7. So the better way it`s just to make step by step, encode audio first, save the file and then just burn the DVD?, which programs can I use to do that?

While I learn how to do that I`d use the Ultra DVD creator, altough the sound is 2 channel MPEG
