    What program can I use to convert:

    mpga
    wma
    rm

    to mp3?

    mpga? I assume that is just an mpeg PS with only audio?

    mplayer can decode all of those to wav, you can then convert to mp3 via lame.

    mplayer is about the only app that can convert rm files faster than realtime.

    dbPowerAMP can also convert all of those (not 100% sure on the mpg), however rm is done realtime.

    Audacity, Audiograbber (freewere) do all convertion but not rm, ram.
    Use super (free) or Realplayer gold (trywere) to convert rm and ram.
