    Does anyone know a program where i can record my own commentary onto a DVD-R?????

    Most audio editors have recording capability.
    Then of course the audio has to be encoded to some DVD specs format (mp2, AC3 or LPCM) and authored together with video.

    Some editors allow you to record along-side the video while you playback the timeline.
