    hoping someone can help.

    I cant seem to get the TV Out on my Radeon 9800 Pro to work. am using RCA from my TV to connect the to ATI adapter for the S-Video on the radeon. I know the physical connection exists properly bec. of the slight interference present on my tv when connected.

    but in Catalyst control, it doesnt see my tv, and it wont enable the second monitor. any ideas?
