I captured video with ADS Pyro Av link in avi format. It looks good on the computer through windows media player. I then inserted it in Vegas MovieStudio 6.0 and sent it to DVD Architect 3.0. The dvd came out pretty lousy. It lost a lot of quality from what it looked like on the computer. Any Ideas ? thanks

Well you need to give us a little more detail. If it looked good before you authored it then chances are you might have ended up with a really low bitrate.
Was it a long video? If so to fit it on a single layer dvd you have to use a lower bitrate which won't look as good.
Two options come to mind -
1st - split to two single layer dvds so that you can use a higher bitrate for a better picture.
2nd - use a dual layer dvd so that you can use more bitrate on one dvd (though the blanks are more expensive and not as widely compatible as single layer dvds).
Without some more detail on your method this is about as specific as we can get.Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw? -
thanks for the reply. I looked at the camcorder tape directly on the TV and the quality was bad. So that is the problem.
