    My friend just got himself a used computer and was wondering if it was possible to burn DVD's by only using a CD Burner. He doesn't care about the menus or the extras, he just wants the main movie. Is this possible with only a CD Burner and still be able to view the backed-up movie on a stand alone DVD player?????

    He could make VCDs but would need a DVD Burner to Rip the DVDs to the Computer.
