Backup movie files vts_01_0 issues

I am trying to Backup movie files to a dvd. I have 2 problems one is I do not know what programs to use. And two the biggest issue is the size is over 7gig so need more than one dvd. I have no double side dvds. The files are as follows:

VTS_01_0 112kb
VTS_01_0 59,140kb
VTS_01_1 1,048,544kb
VTS_01_2 1,048,544kb

VTS_01_5 1,048,544kb
VTS_01_6 1,048,544kb
VTS_01_7 1,048,544kb
VTS_01_8 1,048,544kb

Compress the DVD with DVD Shrink to under 4.37GB so you can burn to one disc.
