Have an EKCO TRV-35G Carousel slide projector modified with a video cord so I can capture to my HD.
UPDATE By using Studio8 I grabbed each slide and saved as a JPG, slow but works fine. Thanks for all replies. If you have a better way using the EKCO TRY-35G, let me know.

Describe precisely and in great detail the type of cord it has been modified with, particularly the connector at the opposite end from the slide machine. Basically, you will need to plug this into something installed in your PC.

What exactly is it that you are trying to capture? There are plenty of inexpensive scanners that will do slides.

IF you can convert the BNC cable to composite, which I believe is possible, and it works, then any capture card will do it.
That cord is designed to output to a monitor, not directly to a PC.
Scanner will definitely give better results.
