Hi, I used to be able to convert .avi files to mpeg2/dvd with no problems but once a problem started on one conversion i always seem to get errors.

Not too sure why my computer doesnt like me encoding no-more.. I have demo versions of tmpg enc plus, mainconcept and the newer h.24, also i have used various versions of nero express with no avail!

Please could someone help me out with reasons to why this could be happening. Im sorry but i dont have any recent logs but im converting a video file now which should output a log of the file conversion.

    Thanks in advance

It just stopped / froze with no error message?

    How long did you wait?

Are you SURE it's not your system like power save or stuff like that?

DId you check your memory for errors?

Are you SURE you have enough hard drive space?
