CDRecord ProDVD expired

I noticed a week ago that my Free Key for CDRecord DVDPro had expired, and i now have lost DVD burning capability on burnatonce. I went back to the burnatonce site and checked if an update was posted but the same free key still appears.

I then tracked down CDRecord site to see if a new key had been uploaded and was disappointed to find the same key was still there.

I've sent an email on two different occasions, in the past, requesting a consumer key from the author but had no response. If the email is not formatted correctly it will be ignored.

Anyone else had this problem? Was the free consumer key provided directly to the burnatonce folks only for a limited time?

Thats the key i was using.

I didn't realize i put it in wrong until i checked the Environment Variables. The variable was "CDR_SECURITY", like it's supposed to be but i had the value also started with "CDR_SECURITY=8:dvd,clone............".

What a dumb mistake.

I've done this many times before so i should know better.
