    by 700 mB, I assume you mean the 80min/700MB CDR/RW, NO

    these disks hold

    ~698 MB of Data mode 1 (2048 bytes per packet) information

    OR

    ~798 MB of Data mode 2 form 2 (2352 bytes per packet) information.
