  1. i have some avi files.now i want burn to dvd but i want them be protected by password.Do you know some sofware allow me to set password for file and can I burn protected files ?

    before asking you ,i have to rar the avi file and set password in Winrar then burn to DVD.but it takes me much time.please help me.thank in advance

    are you setting it to the lowest (fastest) compression?

  4. yea, with compressing the files you wont really gain anything as far as compression, so just set it at the lowest possible settings and let it rip.....

    I'm not sure what you want, but you could use this program and keep any files on a dvd and password protect them. It's very secure and may be what you need

  7. There is a simple method for DVD-video using hidden buttons and menus, requiring a sequence of numbers to be pressed to play. It is easily bypassed by anyone knowledgable, but will keep the average user or most children from being able to play it.

    Your current method is much more secure but not standalone-compatible.
