Monitor doesn't start

My monitor is beginning not switching on each time I start my mac..

The G4 starts fine but the monitor doesn't

Sometimes I have to kill the G4 twice before finally the monitor gives me a picture....Is it the monitor or my graphic card

Sometimes I have to kill the G4 twice before finally the monitor gives me a picture....Is it the monitor or my graphic card

if you have checked that all cables are secure, power to wall,
and monitor cable to card, then it is most likely the monitor.

Monitor recieves signal from mac, which in turn causes it
accept and begin display of incoming signal.
Non acceptance of the signal usually points to the Monitor going bad.
