  1. I just picked up an HP lightscribe drive but I'm having trouble locating spindles of dvd's for a decent price. I have looked online and all I can find are 10 packs and stuff. Plus, they only seem to be dvd+r's and not -r's.

    Anyone know anything?

I've only seen +R. Meritline has Verbatims for about $1.20US each. They also have them in bulk.

  3. You can get lightscribe media at Newegg http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.asp?Manufactory=&PropertyCodeValue=0&Propert...ubmit=Property

I think it's still too expensive to be worth buying at this point. Anyone have an idea when we can expect prices to go down? I personally will not be interested until DVD media gets down to at least $0.75 US a disc. Even then, I'm not sure I would buy any.

Best Buy has 10 packs for sale all the time for $7.95. Just keep an eye open.

  5. I have never seen any -r's for lightscribe nor any dual-layered versions. The +r are reasonably price at Walmart fo 11.88 for a spindle of 10. I really wish Verbatim would make some DL for lightscribe..

    Me?

Dallas, TX. Local Walmart has them always in stock at 11.88. Its cheaper than ordering them online and no shipping cost either

I just wish they'd make dual layered lightscribe discs
