Hello
I have this problem, i have multiple MPEG video decoders, and basically they are fighting who decodes the video.
I have
standard microsoft
nero decoder
cyberlink
and mainconcept (from vegas)
when i open mpeg video, i get weird stuff sometime, like audio being decoded by nero, video by mainconcept, or audio by MS codec, and video by cyberlink. it seems to be random.
is there some type of tool, that could force to always use mainconcept decoder?

i think you can set the preferred mpeg2 codec with http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=de1491ac-0ab6-4990-943d-627e6...DisplayLang=en
