You can burn a VCD to a CD, or you can take the contents, change the audio sample rate, and author it to DVD.

Use daemon tools to mount the bin image and isobuster to extract the video from the mounted disc. Use TDA to author and let TDA fix the audio for you.

If you want detailed instructions on each step, look up the guides for these tools. It's all there.

  6. Then try isobuster or daemon tools and look what folders/files you have in the bin/cue.

A cue/bin is a disc image. If it's a CD image, you can only write it to a CD. If it's a DVD image you can only write it to a DVD. If you have one but want the other, (or the other way around) you have to do a "one to other" conversion - not of the cue/bin, but of the contents of the cue/bin.

  8. You could try CDRwin (www.goldenhawk.com), but I don't know if it burns DVD. I've done the Iso Buster method before without problem.
