  1. video is about 2 hours and 45min. Total size is about 8GB. Video was recorded at the highest quality of 6000.

    Whats the easiest way to convert it to 1 dvd.

    Import it into a DVD authoring program and set encoder for a VBR bitrate that fits.

    Use the bitrate calculator. 2hr 45 min will look marginal.

    2:45 will look marginal at full D1 and great at half D1.

    You might be better off just cutting the file in half so that you have two 4GB files then author each to a separate DVD disc.

    If done correctly no quality will be lost.

    The only other option is to re-encode using Half D1 resolution and an applicable bitrate for video/audio (in fact you may be able to leave the audio alone and just re-encode the video).
