Yeps, i compiled a DVD from uncompressed avi files (analog cam capture) with nero, and on certain places the movie seems to slow down, skip or completely freeze on certain frames. This occurs always on the same certain scenes of the movie.
I tried to convert/burn at a bitrate of 9000 kb/sec and on 5000 kb/sec....same results...
I played the DVD on a standalone-player, the laptop-DVDplayer and PC-DVDplayer: same results...conclusion the problem is created by the disc itself. I burned other movies from capture, now problem whatever....
-what are your suggestions
-is nero ok?
-what bitrate is safe and quality
-....
