    Is there a way to convert Xvid AVIs into MOV in Windows? I just need it to be readable by Adobe Imageready :P

    My version of imageready (CS2) can read avi files.

    shucks I only have Imageready 7.

    Anyway, I was planning to make an image which has a video embedded in it.

    Is this for a motion menu ? If so, a video editor is probably a better bet. If is it for a web page, I wouldn't embed the movie in the image, I'd build a table around it and frame it with stills.
