  1. Hi all,
I've been using the TMPGenc Ultimate Video Converter to convert some avi files prior DVD burning.
Works fine on most files, but occasionally, it will not accept the video file, only the audio file.
When using the Wizard, the Video File window remains blank.
Has anyone else had this problem ?

I don't know how much control you have over this software, however it sounds like either the correct codecs have not been installed on your machine, or the vapi priority isn't high enough for that type of video. It is this later than I don't know if you can adjust. Have a read of this, and see if any of it applies
