    just looking for the best all in one type tool for dvd - xvid conversion? currently use autogk and know most think its the best but any other good ones?

    AutoGK is not really "a tool" - it is a family of tools, and uses BeSweet, AviSynth, and VDub. Yet it produces best XviD results (imho). You would be hard put to find better! 8)

    "Best" is not an abolute in this business, but I'd agree on AutoGK, possibly rivalled by avi.net.

    I think Fairuse Wizard is very goood tool for DVD to xvid
    When it sounds too good to be true, it usually is!!

    I compiled a version without the limits to if anyone is interested. No 700MB filesize limit, etc.

    i belive it does/would come under the heading of an all in one thought. anyone correct me?
