i was watching some nhl highlights with on in internet page with windows media player, is there some way to capture the video clip?
this is the link where the clips are in case i didn't describe it correctly.

You could search you temporary internet files too. Providing the clip was cached it will be there.
In IE tools>internet options> underTemp internet files hit the settings button then hit the view files button. After they load in (this can take a while) sort them by size. Video should be at or near the top since they are generally going to be the largest files in your cache. -
On the PC there is a program called Camtasia (google it). It is $270 and captures streaming movies or anything else you do on the desktop. On the Mac a program called Snapz Pro does the same thing.
