How to make Mini DVD using Nero

I want to use "make a mini DVD" capability of Nero to make some home made videos to DVD. There are two folders in nero, videots and audiots.
how do I go about.
I have some vbs files from my camcorder.
How do i go about?
(I have a Dual DVD858, I dont have a DVD Writer!)

You need a DVD writer. When you load the mini-DVD blank, Nero will detect it's capacity.

You need to author the DVD with authoring software. The result is the Video_ts folder that gets copied to the DVD.

or do you mean dvd-video on cd?
you must convert to dvd first with for example nerovision and then burn on cd but it wont work on many dvd players.

Yes Baldrick, that is exactly I have in mind, converting dvd-video and burn it on cd.
please illustrates, and how nerovision is used.

The best way I know it to create an ISO image and burn it to a CD(provided the CD has enough capacity) with DVDDecrypter.
Just a warning however....not many DVD players can play MiniDVD's or cDVD's as some call them....as Baldrick stated.
