Hello,
I'm starting to get into recording games as I play (Call of Duty, Rise of Nations, etc.). I drill down to where these recorded games are saved, and they have some pretty funky file extensions (*.RCX for Rise of Nations). I was wondering if it was possible to convert these files to any usable (AVI, MPG, etc.) video files. I tried searching the forums, but with no luck. Thanks for the help!

An easier thing would to purchase a program called FRAPS. It records screenshots and movies(raw avi's) in game. then you can convert the avis to whatever you want. It an awesome program. well worth the $
