  1. Hi,

    I'm looking for an avisynth filter or virtualdub filter which can convert a video to flat colors (like old cartoons which use simple colors. IE: In Tom & Jerry cartoons, the cat is always a flat blue-grey color).

    Which filter can do this ?

    Maybe the Pseudocolor filter for VirtualDub, or the Colorit filter for AviSynth might do what you need.

    Many of the temporal noise filters can reduce the colours to flat areas when turned up too high. It's one of the issues with overfiltering video - a flat plastic look.
