I just bought it, though I haven't installed it yet. It looks like a cool program, with a very easy interface...kind of an updating/simplification of Second Copy 2000, another favorite of mine.

I'm thinking of using it with FolderShare, another amazing program (that's now free.) FolderShare automatically syncs any folders you tell it to over the internet. If both machines are on the net, it syncs them every time a file is changed. (Otherwise, it syncs them the next time they're both online.)

So I'm thinking I'll continue using FolderShare to keep my laptop's My Documents folder aligned with my desktop's, and then use Shadow to constantly archive&compress any changed Word documents (for me, the format of my most important documents.)
