  1. I tried a couple of things and it works out well... like Sharpen edge, Quantize 35 35 or something... noise reduction.... btw... Iknow noise reduction works well but it takes a long long time to encode it... any other ways or best settings. Should I put it to MPEG Standard or CGI animation ??

I use MPEG Standard. CGI is for computer-generated animation like Toy Story. Also, for the most part leave noise reduction at it's default setting since increasing them will only blur the picture to where you can loose fine details. ALso try checking the Soften Block Noise to reduc macrobocks even further.
