I always figured that to get 100% quality on a DVD you had to stay at 1 hour or less. But i am using Pinnacle Studio 9 and it says 100% quality up to 77 minuites. The burned Discs look like full qualty to me. Anybody else using Pinnacl 9?

full quality cannot be determined purely on running time. Full bitrate, yes, but quality is more subjective. Any software that measures it's output in subjective terms such as full quality generally hides the true workings where you can't get to them. Might be OK in the short term, but soon becomes very restrictive
