Hi, couldn't find solution to this problem...
I'd like to stream from my Hauppauge PVR-150 TV-card through internet, so I could look my channels in other location where it is otherwise unpossible.
Hauppauge WinTV2000 works just fine, but when I try to stream video with Windows Media Encoder and click 'start encoding', screen appears to be scrambled and I don't have any clue why. With both, tuner and composite input.
Is there a way to get the picture normal or maybe some other software which could handle streaming better?
Thanks in advance!![]()

I have never used it for that, but I understand VLC media player may do it.
There are also some guides at the lower part of that link that may answer your questions. -
Thanks for the advice. Altough for some reason I can't get VLC to stream properly. Program itself works fine, I can watch programs from my Hauppauge with no problems and it's not scrambled.
I couldn't get that stream working even though I red all the guides through. Can someone advice me how to do it? -
I tried several google searches with no luck. Finally I got help from IRC, I just had some settings missing from the streaming options and now it works great

Good to know it works for that. It's a nice program with lots of options. Being freeware makes it even better.
