  1. Hi,
I'm working on a project that is an animation rendered as 24f/s
and I want to make a progressive DVD like those made by the movie
industry which are 24f/s and it is the DVD player that makes the
pulldown to 30f/s plus the fields.
I made my final project with nero 6, but it doesn't work ok. The
video is jerking like no convertion is been made by the DVD player.
I don't know if there's something wrong with the project or Nero is not
suitable for this kind of project.
Can anybody here that has worked in similar project help me in this?
Is it Nero? Is it any parameter that I have to set?
Any help will be highly appreciated.

    Thanks

Use a better encoder like tmpgenc or mainconcept mpeg encoder. Be sure to set it to 23.976 with 3:2 pulldown, NTSC Film. Author with a good authoring tool like tmpgenc dvd author.

  3. Which one do you recommend?
TMPGEnc? TMPGEnc Plus? or TMPGEnc 3 Xpress?

    Thank you for your recommendation

  4. Did you take any steps to add the pulldown flag to the video? This must be done for proper playback. Pulldown.exe will accomplish this.
