Ok i am making alot of Copies of DVD's and my sources are very very good. They are usually BIN.CUE XVID/AVI/Divx/ ETC, or sometimes ISO but the last i copied never worked.

I want the best possible way to convert them to DVD playable format but with the best quality possible so i am pleased with the result.

I use ISO Buster etc on avi's etc and extract them to .mpg/mpeg format and then insert into VSO >>>>

ATM i am using VSO DIVXTODVD and converting them to DVD format with chapters every 10 minutes.

Is there a better way to get better quality when doing this then? Also wahts the best for ISO. files

Look here. Basically, avoid allinone apps.
And ISO isn't a special file type - it's just a container (an ISO file system) that can contain anything (or nothing). They aren't handled in any particular way - you find out what's in them (daemon tools). What to do depends on what you find.

The thing to always remember is rarely are two sources alike. The method to make a good DVD this time may not work next time. This is mainly why all-in-one software falls flat on its face, because it does one method, for any source, all the time.

Lets go back a step. In your first post you say you make a lot of copies of DVDs, but them you say your sources are Divx/Xvid/AVI/ISO etc. With the possible exception of ISO files, these are NOT DVD formats, so at best you are trying to create DVDs from files that might themselves be inferior copies of DVD material.

If the ISO files are in fact DVDs, then use DVD Decrypter to burn them and be done with it. I suspect however that they are ISOs of CDs containing 700(ish) MB Divx/Xvid etc files. This makes me question your understanding of 'good source' and 'DVD', however we can all learn.

DivxtoDVD is probably the easist and best of the one-click wonders, and for Divx/Xvid source does a pretty good job. Yes, it uses what appear to be very low bitrates, however it's output is usually pretty close to the quality of the source.

If you really want to make these the best you can given the source, then you will need to use avisynth or virtualdub, some filters to resize and sharpen, and a dedicated encoder to convert them to mpeg. You can then author them for burning. The difference in time is about 6 - 8 fold (DivxtoDVD : 70 minutes, done properly : 6 - 8 hours), just in process, without looking at the learning curve for the second process.

So, true DVD ISO - DVD Decrypter
AVI/Divx/Xvid - DivxtoDVD (either version - I haven't noticed much difference between them) or tailor each one through a dedicated encoder.

There is a third alternative that will reduce your workloda lot - buy a DVD player with Divx/Xvid playback capabilities.

    What is the content ?

Downloaded DVD/Rs seem to be nothing but trouble. They are made by morons with little skill, and rarely work when burned, based on the issues raised here. If you don't own it, buy it or live without it. If it comes from a reputable source I'm sure they will mail you a copy on disk for a few bucks.

I was going to ask you what the sources for these very varied files was from but I think it is quite clear.

Lessons to be learned from these files. They could be good to very good though more than likely they suck big ones. For the life of me, I can not understand why anyone would waste the time to download these things and as if that's not enough, then they want to convert them to "excellent" DVDS and worst, they want us to help them do it.

Garbage in Garbage out is the norm.

Now had the situation been that you purchased some dvd movies and you are trying to make backups of them but were having problems then that would warrant all the help we could muster.
