pc crash

Hi
i purchased this programme from you a while back,however i have just suffered a pc crash and have had to install new hard drive.
my problem is ,that i no longer have axcess to the e-mail address i used to sign up for the programme
original e-mail jayd0@tinyworld.co.uk
so i can not request a new serial number to get to the registered users page to download everything again.
can the information be sent to my new e-mail address or will i have to purchase the software again.

Do you still have your serial #?

If you go to the registered users area and enter the serial # and the old email you should be able to download just fine. Have you tried?

I don't think you'll need anything sent to that email.

aint got no information,everything i had was in my e-mails.

all i no is the e-mail address i originally signed up with.

which by showing this i would be able to get my serial sent to new e-mail addy.
