use an dvd authoring tool like tmpgenc dvd author.

@Lighters, If you use Decrypter and create the Iso image, then as long as it is single layer then when it is time to burn the complete disk would be burned...all menus, extras and chapters...even when you use DL (Dvd 9) as long as you use Dvd 9 blank media. Rebuilder when you set it to Menu and Movie and then have it create Iso imgae to be burned from Decrypter or ImgBurn it will handle doing the image (along with menus). Just wanted to add these options.

I want to burn the .iso dvd file and have chapters every 5 minutes like i can do using vso divxtodvd.

    To borrow mats' terminology:

An ISO image is just a bucket. You need to extract whatever is in that bucket before you can modify it.

Once you have extracted (presumably) a VIDEO_TS folder, I'd test playback using something like PowerDVD to see if there are any chapters in the file already. Then you should be able to add custom chapters in an authoring program such as TMPGEnc DVD Author if you need to. Then you can burn the VIDEO_TS folder it outputs as per normal.
    If in doubt, Google it.
