how do i add some words into the output file people ? i want to write something on the screen but i don't want to reencode.

If you have a DVD and want it as AVI, you have to reencode - and during that process, can add "words" in the shape of subtitles.
Easiest is to write your own .ssa sub, and add it with the TextSub filter in VirtualDubMod (load the VOB, add the filter and encode).

i ripped the .vob files to the HD and i use dvd2avi to get .d2v/audio already. my next step and also the final step is to use virtualdub to encode. i want to add some words in this step but i don't know how.

Well, Mats just told you how. Create the SSA subtitles file and add it to the AVI via the TextSub filter in VDub or AviSynth.
I would create the text using SubStation Alpha. Others might use Subtitle Workshop. -
...others yet again could use Notepad.
