    Is it possible to convert a .mpg or bin/cue SVCD to a VCD? How can you do it?

    Send a message via ICQ to z68h Send a message via AIM to z68h
    you can load the SVCD mpeg into TMPGEnc (get the Mpeg2 plugin under the tools section on the left) and convert to VCD....

    if it is bin/cue you can extract the mpeg from the bin and do the above steps

    would this increase the quality of the vcd if you converted from an svcd and would the bitrate still be under the vcd specs?
