I'm trying to edit a DVD that I created using my Pioneer 220. I ripped the disk using Decrypter and Balkrick's 'how to' guide. The video is MPEGII, 720, NTSC and the audio is AC3, 2 ch. The problem comes in when I try using Cuttermaran. About 10 secs in the video freezes (the audio will play). If I attempt any operator action the program freezes. Any ideas? TMPGEnc2.5 and the ???.net from Microsoft are both installed. Also, in order to see the whole window I had to scale up from 800X600 to 1024. Is that normal?
I'm using Win98SE
XP2000+
512 RAM
32MB GeForce2 mx400
20G HD for OS
80G HD for vid with about 60 avail
The file I'm working with is less then 1G
Thanks,
SD

Thanks. I'll give the one you suggest a try in the future. I'd read so much good stuff about Cuttermaran. I'm pretty disappointed. Guess I should have bought the Studio 9.0 on eBay
