Please Advice!!!

i just got this ulead video capture software but i am using a pinnacle av dv capture card,it works fine with it but am I not breakin the rules bY not using the pinnacle studio 4.1 that came with the pinnacle av dv capture card,i have a lot of problems using pinnacle to capture even after patch update especially audio video sync problems.Is my hardware safe using it with ulead software or aNy other capture software.Ulead works fine for me.

Use any program you like if it works for you. It won't hurt anything.

If you are having problems with a particular program, go to their company site and look for a forum on that program or a list of FAQs.

Or do a Google search for a independent forum. You will likely find someone with the same problem and someone else that has a cure or workaround.
