  1. I have just recorded and entire dv tape into mpeg2 with ulead vid stud8 and the resulting dvd is jumpy or flickers when the camera pans or is moving. It is very bad and hard to watch. I created an ISO, and if i load this onto a virtual drive and play this with ati dvd software it is ok. But from my dvd player, with a disk, to the tv it is not. It is not the disk type or the player as i create many dvd disks that work fine. Can any one help?

  2. You have the field order backwards.

I think Ulead Video Studio works the same as Ulead Media Studio Pro in this respect:

Right click on the track and select Media Source Options. Make sure it is set to Lower Field First.

In the Project options set the MPEG2 Frame Type to Top Field First.
