    HI
    I know how to use CCE plugin from Premiere pro and how to use the AC3 plugin inside the software however i can use only 1 at a time, meaning, exporting to CCE with no AC3, or ecporting to AC3 (with the build in encoder) Is there any way to use both at the same time?

    What you are producing is called elementary streams. Most decent authoring software will happily accept and author with them, and in some cases it is better to do so. If you must have a program stream, you can mux the two streams afterwards.
