Burnt Memorex DL Media

Hi, just wanted to let know you know how I did, burning the Memorex (Ritek) DL+ Media. Well I went through the whole 25 pack, mixing up data files, and movies. All burnt just fine, and with scannning via DVDInfo Pro CRC Read Error tests, there were not any errors on the discs. All the movies play fine (and PS2 games and PC games). I used a different ammount of programs from DVD Decrypter, Nero, Alcohol 120%, MagicISO. All worked fine. I burnt at 1x speed, as I always do.

Good to hear this because I have 25 pack of Memorex +R DL waiting for content to be burnt. I bought them in CompUSA during the Columbus Day sale for $30.00 ($1.20 a disk).

I also got some of the memorex dl media at compusa for $30.00 a 25 pack. Backed up Batman Begins and Kingdom of Heaven and it played perfect.......no problems here

I burnt more than 30 of those memorex dl discs. Two of them failed for some odd reason that I can't remember but the rest went through without any troubles. The disc plays fine on all the dvd players I have (sony, samsung, cyberhome, toshiba, and coby). The only dvd player that didn't play it was a panasonic from about 4 years ago. But that crappy player wouldn't even play cdrs. I bought one pack form bb at $30 for 15 and two packs from compusa at $30 for 25. I media code is Ritek but I don't seem to have any of the problems with them as others do. I burn them at 2.4x in my benq 1620. Had I known that it was this good I would have bought a lot more than 2 packs. Wish it would burn faster though.
