[I'm using Adobe Premiere 6.5]
I have edited a video, and by editing i mean cutting and pasting different parts of the original video into a new video.
I also cropped the video frame size, [project -> settings viewer -> export settings -> special processing -> modify]
I then attempt to export my video through [file -> export timeline -> movie]
When it is done and when i watch the video, the video is cropped, but the quality is really REALLY bad.
However, when i go to [file -> export timeline -> adobe mpg convertor] and export as a VCD. the quality is exactly the same as the original matieral i worked with, but the video is not cropped.
Could someone please tell me how to export my video CROPPED, but maintain the quality?

Why are you cropping?
And when you enlarge video material, you often cannot maintain quality. That's why you should not crop.
As above, what is the source material?Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)

Depending on your source footage, simply add a tad bit of gaussian blur (.5 - .7) and you will be able to eliminate the grains.

I care about the quality.
It is not a dvd/vcd, i just merely tested to export it as a vcd.
I just want it as a normal file (avi or mpg) and just run it on my pc.
I have no intention of putting it onto a dvd/vcd disc.
The settings are here.
Sorry about the quality, i wanted to be in mind of people on a slower connection.
I am cropping the original video frame size to a smaller size because there is a logo at the top.
So i am NOT increasing the original frame size, im decreasing it.
